By accessing our website or placing an order with FraMe Cuisine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

FraMe Cuisine provides East African and Congolese catering services, including food preparation and delivery, in Calgary, Alberta. All menu items, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

All orders must be placed in advance. A deposit may be required to confirm your catering booking. Full payment is due prior to or on the date of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept e-transfer, cash, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service date may forfeit the deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of service. In the event FraMe Cuisine must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform FraMe Cuisine of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from all allergens. FraMe Cuisine is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose dietary requirements.

Delivery is available within Calgary and surrounding areas. Delivery fees and minimum order amounts may apply. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or other factors beyond our control. FraMe Cuisine is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and recipes, is the property of FraMe Cuisine and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

FraMe Cuisine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
