RETURN POLICY

Under the following circumstances, FraMe Cuisine will allow product returns:

• Product does not arrive at the expected delivery date.
• The incorrect order arrives.
• Damaged packaging (replaceable).
  
• Purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable when client(s) fail to provide appropriate proof.

Clients shall NOT abuse FraMe Cuisine’s Return Policy.
